Was a really really nice stay, I enjoyed this place!

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close enough to the most visited sightseeings of the city as well as restaurants, in a historic area. The economy double room was beautifully designed, included a bidet, terry dressing gowns, and fresh towels. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Unfortunately, While the location was perfect, the housekeeping was subpar. Our room was never thoroughly cleaned, with unmade beds and dirty sinks. It took a long time to request clean towels, and the weak WiFi.

The stay was fantastic, especially with the amazing views of the shrine from our room and the comfortable spaciousness that made us feel right at home. We loved unwinding in the cozy garden area and enjoying some downtime in the leisure room. One small hiccup was the taxi situation due to the winding streets, but it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. 🎉

Highly Recommend for Sweet Escape

The location of this hotel is very nice, walking distance from shopping and restaurants, and the view of the pagoda from our room was a feast for the eyes. Plus, the 24-hour rooftop access was a game changer, we got to enjoy a amazing sunset from up there.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, I'd say it was reasonable.

The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions like Kiyomizu-dera and a lovely view of the Yasaka Pagoda from our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortably designed. I really enjoyed the rooftop area, which was perfect for watching the sunset over the city. Breakfast options were rather limited, featuring just toast. An elevator would also help elevate the comfort level for seniors.
